For quality assurance, incoming components and accessories are stored at a fixed temperature (25 ~ 27 C) and humidity (50 ~ 60 C relative humidity). Anti-static measurements are also taken to avoid component damage during the production process. Finished products have to pass simulator tests, drop tests, dynamic burn-in tests (through % product sampling), quality inspections, etc. for quality control purposes. To improve testing functions and lead-time, AVP-Corp frequently reviews & updates its testing procedures.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SELL A SYSTEM?
Upon selling your DVR to a customer, send the order to us and we immediately construct the DVR to specification and load the all the software to be turn-key when it arrives to your customer. We professionally package your DVR system to include a keyboard, mouse, cables and any literature/CDs you provide and blind ship the system to your customer. We can keep your showroom supplied or we can assemble & ship the systems as you sell them.
WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY & SUPPORT?
You know your product better than anyone, so it is preferred if your customer has a question about your DVR, such as how to use or operate the system, they contact you on your existing support channels. If your company determines the DVR needs repair, have your customer ship the DVR to your USA based service facility (our company) and we will perform the warranty service. We also have online support solutions in place that allow us to remotely service all DVR systems without the need of returning or removing the DVR system from the customers facility.
We attempt to have all warranty repairs completed within 24hours and back to the customer and we always operate behind the scene to positively enforce your company image.
WHAT ABOUT TURN-AROUND TIME?
If you predict having a large quantity of systems per month, then you may prepay your systems. Prepaying your systems allows us to construct and ship your DVR systems within 48-hours (most of the time 24hours) of receiving your orders.
You can also pay-as-you-go. When you receive orders, send them to us and we will construct your DVRs and then blind-ship to your customer.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
As soon as we have tested your capture card and software with a hardware configuration and we get your approval, we can start building your DVR systems and you will be ready to start selling them to your customers.
