The portable pan-tilt-zoom, or PTZ camera,
is a tripod-mounted camera designed for quick deployment and
long-range wireless viewing.
The PTZ camera has a powerful 35x optical 420x total zoom that
is capable of reading license plates and identifying targets

This
wireless PTZ camera can be controlled and monitored live from any remote location,
including in-vehicle computer systems. You can also use the wireless PTZ camera
independently from the portable surveillance system by logging directly
into the PTZ camera using a laptop or PDA. Because of the PTZ camera’s
assignable IP address, there is no limit to how many portable PTZ
cameras you can use, and the communication is protected with either 128
or 256 bit encryption.
Aluminum steel construction combined with a poly-carbonate bubble makes this PTZ camera vandal-resistant and weatherproof. Wide Dynamic Range, infrared, and long exposure settings allow the PTZ camera to capture images in very low light. The wireless PTZ camera stores in a rugged case that can be closed and locked to prevent vandalism or theft and operates on electric, batteries, or vehicle power.
