WHAT DOES THIS COST ME?

     This cost you nothing more than you spend now but will give you a huge advantage in your future marketing and advertizing plans. 

     Here is what we do for you: We design for you a DVR configuration that is completely compatible with your capture cards and software or that exactly matches your current system. Once you approve the configuration, only the capture card configuration and the quantity of hard drives will change in each configuration. (HDD from 500GB to 6,000GB). We present you a base cost for all the hardware (Case, CPU, PSU, MB, Memory, HDD, ect) use your capture cards and charge a flat-fee to construct your DVRs and provide a 1 year parts & labor warranty for your DVR systems.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

      After defining a hardware configuration for your DVR system we will create a image for your DVR system that contains your current software, default configurations and company images. When you sell a system and collect payment from your customer, send a order form to us. We immediately construct the DVR system to the specification which it was sold, load the all the software and pre-configure the system to be turn-key when it arrives to your customer. Once the DVR is constructed and tested, we professionally package the DVR system, include a keyboard, mouse, cables and any literature/CDs you provide and blind ship the system to your customer. 

      We can produce your systems and keep your warehouse supplied or build the systems as you sell them.

WHAT ABOUT TURN-AROUND TIME?

     If you predict having 25 or more systems per month, then you may want to prepay your systems. Prepaying your systems allows us to construct and ship your DVR systems within 48-hours of receiving your orders. 

     You can also pay-as-you-go. When you receive orders, send them to us and we will construct your DVRs on a payment arrangement and ship them out.   (ask for details)

WHAT ABOUT SUPPORT?

     No one knows your product better than you, so it is best if your customer has a question on how to use or operate your DVR system, they contact your company via your existing support channels.  If your support channel determines the DVR needs repair, have your customer ship us the DVR and we will fix it.

     We attempt to have all warranty repairs completed within 24hours and shipped back to the customer and we always operate behind the scene to preserve your company image.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

     We have a non-disclosure agreement to protect your customers and our relationship.  Second, you will want to send us a sample of your capture card so we can build and test a working configuration, load your graphics and software, then send the DVR to you for approval.  As soon as you approve the configuration, we can start building your DVR systems and you will be ready to start sending them to your customers.
